Pleasanton

Strategically located at the junction of Interstates 580 and 680, Pleasanton is proximate to major business markets including Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and the Central Valley.

Pleasanton is notable for a small town ambience accented with a sophisticated metropolitan edge that is reflected in its highly educated population and workforce. It is also home to a diverse array of more than 4,000 companies that include both Fortune 500 members such as Safeway and Applied Biosystems and innovative smaller businesses that are gaining recognition.

One of California’s premier business centers, the Hacienda Business Park, includes 850 acres of versatile space and wired infrastructure. Linking the workforce to the region are two BART stations, the Altamont Corridor Express commuter train, and the WHEELS regional bus service. Residents and workers benefit from the city’s convenient access to jobs, shopping, parks, entertainment and more. Pleasanton’s preeminent school system is ranked among the Top 10 in California.

Pleasanton

More than 1,200 acres are dedicated to 42 beautifully groomed parks and 22-miles of trails offer spectacular vistas of the Bay Area from locations along hillside peaks, the Iron Horse Regional Trail, and the Callippe Preserve Golf Course.

Nearby Stoneridge Mall features more than 165 specialty stores and restaurants including P.F. Chang’s and The Cheesecake Factory.

A free summer concert series, a weekly downtown Farmer’s Market, and coming soon, an intimate arts center for the performing and fine arts are among the many amenities that contribute to Pleasanton’s distinctive appeal.
