Pittsburg Power Company - serves Mare Island only through Island Energy

Island Energy - Provides electrical and natural gas utility services to all industrial, commercial and residential customers on Mare Island.
NATURAL GAS
PG&E maintains a list of choose a natural gas supplier other than Pacific Gas and Electric Company by signing up for Core Gas Aggregation Service. From this site you can see a list of suppliers and learn more about Core Gas Aggregation Service potential savings, sign-up procedures, billing, cancellation procedures, and the supplier's role as well as PG&E's role.
WATER AND WASTE WATER TREATMENT
East Bay Municipal Utility District - provides water and waster water treatment to most of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties

Zone 7 Water Agency, the Tri Valley's water wholesaler. If you receive your water from the California Water Service Company, the City of Livermore, the City of Pleasanton, or the Dublin San Ramon Services District, then your water comes from Zone 7.
