Tour of Zoox
Zoox - Serial Production Facility 25810 Clawiter Rd, Hayward, CA, United StatesEast Bay EDA is excited to kick off the year with an exclusive tour of the Zoox robotaxi production facility in Hayward. Join us for this unique look into one of the East Bay's newest and most advanced robotics manufacturing operations. Recently featured on KQED News, this 220,000-square-foot repurposed manufacturing facility aims to produce up to 10,000 vehicles annually. Less than six months after launching production in Hayward, the Amazon-owned company announced its first robotaxi service in San Francisco in November 2025. EDD Council Meeting – January
Exclusive to members of East Bay EDA's Economic Development Directors' (EDD) Council. Location TBD. The EDD Council leads strategies that link, align, and leverage best practices for regional marketing, policy reforms, economic analysis, and professional development resources to improve the region’s business climate and expand economic opportunities throughout the East Bay. The EDD Council membership includes East Bay EDA member cities, counties, and unincorporated areas, as well as lead staff from our local Workforce Development Boards and Small Business Development Centers.
