We invite our members and partners to join us for a meaningful, hands-on experience at the Food Bank, which was recognized this past year as a 2025 East Bay Innovation Awards Legacy Honoree. Connect with fellow members, work with an outstanding organization, and be part of a collective effort to end hunger and ensure our community is healthy and nourished.   • West Oakland Walking Tour + Ballers Game

    Join East Bay EDA for a unique experience as we take a walking tour through one of our region’s historic neighborhoods – West Oakland. The tour, led by Dave Peters - Black Liberation Walking Tour, West Oakland Cultural Action Network, will take our group on an hour-long walk through history, starting at the 16th Street Station (Oakland Central), a former Southern Pacific Railroad station that was recently added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2025. The walk will cover several other historical sites before concluding with the most recent additions to the Prescott neighborhood, the Oakland Ballers ballpark at Raimondi Park, and Prescott Market, a newly opened food hall and community hub. After the tour, we will hear brief remarks from Joe Ernst, Principal at srmErnst Development Partners, Tim Koide, Head of Operations at the Oakland Ballers, and East Bay EDA. Following this program, attendees will have the option to join us for a game night with the Oakland Ballers (a maritime-themed Night) against the Yuba-Sutter High Wheelers. Reserve your spot today!
